Classes are £55/£66 for the 10/12 week term block or £7 per class on a casual drop-in basis.

Deep Relaxation Evening
Wednesday 7th March 7.00pm - 8.30pm
Upstairs Room @ Queen Victoria Hall, West Street, Oundle
The evening will include:~
* Yogic Breathing Techniques (Pranayama Practise)
* Guided Meditation
* Yogic Chanting to help relax & clear the mind (Mantra Practise)
* Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

You will need to bring with you either a yoga mat or towel to lie down on; a cushion/s for seated practise & a blanket for extra warmth & comfort. Suitable for all ~ no prior knowledge necessary.

Reiki Level One Course ~ Sho-den Saturday 3rd March & Sunday 4th March 2012 ~ 10am - 4pm (both days)
Reiki 1 training is over 2 days & includes:~
The background & history of Reiki; receiving Sho-den Reiki 1 attunements to enable self-Reiki practise; learning about the Reiki hand positions; learning the Reiki Precepts; Joshin Kokyu Ho (Reiki breathing & Meditation practise); understanding how to use Reiki in all aspects of your life; & Reiki 1 certification.
Costs £135 including teas/coffees & a light lunch on both days.

Reiki Meditation Evening & Circle Share
Sunday 19th February 6pm - 8.30pm
Open to all levels of Reiki 1, 2 & 3, as a supportive evening of developing Reiki Meditation practises & having a Reiki share working on each other, under the guidance of Lori.

Costs £5 for the evening, including biscuits & refreshments.
Reiki Level Two Course ~ Oku-den
Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th August 2012 ~ 10am - 4pm (both days)
Reiki II training is suitabe for Reiki Level 1 Sho-den students to develop their experience & includes:~
Re-cap from 1st Degree Reiki Sho-den; receiving Reiki 2 Oku-den attunements; Reiki Symbols; Hatsurei Ho (Reiki Meditation & Clearing practise); distant healing; developing a practise; & Reiki Level 2 certification.
Costs £150 including teas/coffees & a light lunch on both days.
